• ·Account information: your name and email address when you register or sign in, including when you use Google sign-in.
• ·Journal and reflection content: the text and any voice recordings you create in your journal entries.
• ·Mood information: your mood check-ins and the moods you attach to journal entries.
• ·Artwork: photographs of artwork you upload, along with any titles or notes you add.
• ·Progress information: which modules you have started or completed.
• ·Contact and feedback: your name, email, and message when you use the contact form, and any feedback or ratings you submit.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the program for you:

• ·To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
• ·To save and display your journal entries, mood check-ins, artworks, and module progress so you can return to them.
• ·To generate personalised reflections and summaries from your entries.
• ·To deliver your message and email address to your guide when you choose to share your progress.
• ·To respond when you contact us or submit feedback.
• ·To secure the platform and prevent misuse.

Your content and who can see it

Your journal entries, mood check-ins, artworks, and progress are associated with your account and are visible only to you. They are not published or shared with other users.

Program administrators may access records as needed to maintain and support the platform. When you use the “connect with your guide” feature, the summary and message you approve are sent by email to the guide you nominate — nothing is shared without your action.

Voice recordings and transcription

If you record a voice journal entry, the audio is uploaded and transcribed so the text can be added to your entry. The audio file is stored against your account. You may delete a journal entry to remove its content at any time.

AI-generated insights

Some features, such as profile insights and reflections, use an AI model to summarise or respond to your journal and progress data. Your entries are sent to the model only to generate that output for you, and results are cached locally on your device for faster access.

How long we keep your data

We keep your information and content for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from your profile. When you delete your account, your journal entries, mood check-ins, artworks, and progress are removed.

Third-party services

The program relies on a small number of trusted services to function:

• ·Google, for sign-in when you choose Google authentication and for sending emails on your behalf.
• ·Cloud hosting and storage providers that host the app and your uploaded files.
• ·An AI service provider that processes your entries to generate insights.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including restricting access to your records to your account and to authorised administrators. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• ·Accessing or receiving a copy of the data we hold about you.
• ·Correcting inaccurate or incomplete information.
• ·Deleting your account and associated data.
• ·Withdrawing consent where we rely on it.

Children's privacy

The program is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will remove it.

International data transfer

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure your data is protected in line with this policy wherever it is processed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
