Your Guide

Art has been a constant thread through my life — from childhood through formal studies in Fine Arts and Arts Administration. It has always been my way of exploring ideas, emotions, and the deeper layers of human experience.
Then menopause arrived. Like many women, I found myself facing a transition I hadn't fully anticipated — a shifting sense of self, a landscape of changes that were often difficult to name.
I returned to the creative process — not to make something beautiful, but to make sense of what was happening. Through drawing, painting, and quiet exploration, art became a space to pause, to feel, and to express what words could not reach.
What I discovered is that menopause is not simply a biological event. It is a profound life transition — a period of questioning, reflection, and transformation. An initiation into something deeper. That realisation became this programme.
My hope is simple: to offer you a supportive, creative space to explore your own journey. You don't need to be an artist. You simply need to show up — curious, open, and willing to see what emerges.
